Infinite Campus’ Parent Portal or the Assignments Page — What is the difference? Which one should I use?
We receive many inquiries on what is the best method to keep track of your child’s homework and progress. We, of course, encourage the students to bring home their planner to be signed on a daily basis. However, there are two additional ways that you can stay on top of what your child is doing at school.

The Parent Portal through Infinite Campus is a way to track your child’s grades online. This is a secure website in which you need a login name and password in order to gain access. You can access the link to the parent portal by going to the quick link icon section located in the center of our webpage. While we attempt to keep Infinite Campus updated, it should be understood that for assessments such as tests or writing assignments, it takes time for teachers to grade and post. Therefore, it may be a couple of days between the assignments being assigned and actually being posted with a score. Nonetheless, it is an excellent way to keep track of your child’s academic progress.

Assignments are found on the junior high website. Each teacher has the assignment for the day posted on the website by 4:00 p.m. This is an effective way to track the assignments for the day whether your child is in school or perhaps out because of illness. The “Assignment” icon can also be found by going to the quick link section of our webpage.

Communication is a key to success at the junior high level. By using the Parent Portal through Infinite Campus (grades) and the assignment page, you can stay on top of your child’s academics.

Faith Opportunities for Students
Students are encouraged to be active participants in growing in their spiritual lives. In addition to theology class, weekly adoration and Mass, here are some other ways they can be involved:

  • Confessions are offered Wednesdays during lunch study halls.
  • Campus Ministry is held on Fridays during lunch study halls.
  • First Friday Mass is held on the first Friday of every month at 7:30 AM in our chapel. This is open to all students/parents.
  • Students for Life is the second Thursday of every month at 7:20 AM in the music room.

School Pictures
Your child received their school pictures on Monday. Picture re-takes will take place on the morning of Wednesday, September 29. If your child is choosing to do a re-take, they may dress-down for the picture, but will be required to be in uniform for the remaining part of the day. If your child was present on the original picture day and they want a new picture, please have them return the original picture packet to school on the 29th. If your child was absent on picture day, they will turn in their original picture packet on that day.
